(ii) personal information collected from submission of your resume to us for employment.
(iii) personal information submitted if you participate in any survey, competition or contest conducted by us.
(iv) any comments, feedback, complaints or messages submitted by email, phone conversation, fax or post and via our online platforms such as website, social media and mobile device applications (‘Apps’) including but not limited to personal data such as name, email, address, phone number and financial information.
2. Use of the Information
2.1 The Information that we gather and collect is used in the ordinary course of our business including the provision of our products and services as requested by you as well as to inform and offer you other additional products and services that will benefit you.
2.2 However, our use of the Information may also be extended for other purposes such as to comply with all applicable legislation, laws and regulations, to prevent fraudulent transactions, to develop advertising tailored to your interest and to prepare statistics or carrying out research of our customers’ products and services.

2. The user of the ASNB website and/or portal is authenticated via username and alphanumeric password. Username and alphanumeric password help to maintain individual accountability for internet usage. To ensure integrity of the username and alphanumeric password, you are advised to keep the password unique and should not be revealed. ASNB shall not be responsible for any breach of security in relation to password sharing.
3. The username must be between 6 to 16 characters and the alphanumeric password between 8 to 12 characters. The password must include both alphabets and numbers only.
4. The username and alphanumeric password are case sensitive. For example, if your password is "AsnB360" and you key in "aSNb360", you will not be able to login to ASNB website and/or portal.
5. In order to ensure the integrity of your username and password, ASNB would advise the following:
a. Do not choose a password that others can easily guess.
b. Do not use simple words such as your name, birth date, telephone number or names listed in a standard dictionary.
c. Memorize your password and do not write it down.
d. Passwords and/or PINs and/or TACs should be used when accessing an online account to protect your personal information.
e. Do not share your password with another person as this is also giving the authority to that person to use your username and password when performing transactions. It should not be disclosed even if requested by an ASNB staff.
f. Change your password frequently.

10. ASNB has adopted a combination of the following systems security and monitoring measures for online financial and/or non-financial transactions:
a. Firewall systems, strong data encryption, anti-virus protection and round-the-clock security surveillance systems to detect and prevent any form of illegitimate activities on our network systems.
b. Regular security reviews of our systems by our internal System Auditor as well as external security experts.
11. When you have a broadband connected to the internet (always-on connection), consider installing a personal firewall. At a minimum, power-off your PC when not in use.
12. We also take every effort in ensuring collaboration with major vendors and/or manufacturers to keep abreast of information security technology developments, for possible and future implementation.
13. Computer viruses are real and once your computer is infected it can cost you time, loss of information, repair expense, and aggravation. Make sure your computer has an anti-virus protection program installed to reduce the risk.
14. We recommend that you purchase a program that automatically upgrades your virus protection on a recurring basis. If you currently have a virus protection program on your computer without the automatic upgrade feature, make sure you update your virus detection program at least monthly and/or when you hear of a new virus to minimize your risk. 15. In addition, we advise you not to open attachments from others unless you are absolutely certain you can trust the source. However, it's best to be cautious. Whoever sent you that attachment may not know that they have carried the virus to you.

b. Please take necessary precautions and be on the alert for suspicious e-mail or phone calls asking for your personal account information. Never reveal your ASNB Portal TAC or PIN or account information to anyone.

myASNB Portal adalah dimiliki sepenuhnya oleh Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad (ASNB). Ia adalah platform dalam talian yang mudah yang selamat bagi pelanggan ASNB untuk melihat pegangan dan melaksanakan urusniaga dalam talian di mana sahaja pada bila-bila masa.
Nota: Buat masa ini tiada caj dikenakan untuk menggunakan platform ini. Walau bagaimanapun, yuran produk biasa seperti caj jualan dan GST adalah terpakai, jika ada.
myASNB Portal adalah mudah dan selamat untuk membuat pelaburan. Cuma pilih [Transaksi] yang sesuai untuk anda.
myASNB menyediakan pelbagai perkhidmatan untuk kemudahan pemegang unit. Antaranya termasuklah:
i. Pegangan Portfolio – memaparkan baki akaun tabung unit amanah ASNB anda berdasarkan Nilai Aset Bersih (NAB) terkini
ii. Rekod Transaksi – memaparkan butiran urus niaga berkaitan tabung unit amanah ASNB yang dilaksanakan pemegang unit menerusi Portal myASNB sepanjang 30 hari lalu
iii. Pelaburan Tambahan –pelaburan tambahan bagi tabung unit amanah ASNB secara atas talian
iv. Jualan Balik – Jualan Balik atau pengeluaran bagi tabung unit amanah ASNB secara atas talian
v. Pelaburan Permulaan – membolehkan pemegang unit membuka akaun tabung unit amanah baharu secara atas talian
vi. Pemindahan – memindahkan unit antara dua pemegang unit untuk tabung unit amanah yang sama
vii. Penukaran – penukaran unit antara dua tabung unit amanah oleh pemegang unit yang sama
viii. Muat Turun Penyata – muat turun penyata terkini berkaitan akaun tabung unit amanah anda sama ada Penyata Tahunan, Penyata Terperinci, Penyata Pegangan atau Penyata KWSP (jika ada)

x. Perancangan Perwarisan - Pra-pendaftaran Perancangan Perwarisan ASNB
i. Anda boleh mengakses maklumat akaun myASNB anda selama 24 jam sehari, 7 hari seminggu
ii. Walau bagaimanapun, transaksi kewangan adalah terhad kepada:
• Unit Amanah Harga Tetap: Isnin – Ahad, waktu tempatan, 7.00 pagi hingga 6.00 petang; dan
• Unit Amanah Harga Berubah: Isnin – Ahad, waktu tempatan, 7.00 pagi hingga 4.00 petang
• Pemindahan dan Penukaran: Isnin – Ahad, waktu tempatan, 7.00 pagi hingga 4.00 petang
Ya, anda perlu mengemaskini nombor telefon bimbit anda kerana untuk setiap transaksi yang dilakukan, kod TAC akan dihantar kepada nombor telefon bimbit yang didaftarkan sebelum anda boleh melengkapkan transaksi.
Portal myASNB boleh diakses dari mana-mana peranti yang bersesuaian dan menggunakan pelayar seperti berikut:
i. Internet Explorer versi 10.0 dan ke atas
ii. Google Chrome versi 50.0 dan ke atas
iii. Mozilla Firefox
Pemegang unit amanah ASNB sedia ada yang berumur 18 tahun dan ke atas, dengan sekurang-kurangnya SATU dana aktif adalah layak untuk mendaftar dengan Portal myASNB
Nota: Pemegang unit adalah diingatkan untuk mengemaskini maklumat peribadi mereka seperti nombor telefon bimbit, alamat e-mel dan alamat surat-menyurat melalui mana-mana cawangan ASNB atau ejen sah ASNB sebelum mendaftar dengan Portal myASNB.
1. Pergi ke www.myasnb.com.my
2. Klik ‘Daftar di sini’.
3. Baca notis pemberitahuan dan klik ‘Teruskan’
4. Sila baca dan fahamkan Terma dan Syarat (T&C). Tandakan kotak untuk menerima T&C dan klik ‘Setuju’
5. Ikuti langkah-langkah berikut untuk pendaftaran Portal myASNB
a. Langkah 1 - Isikan butir-butir akaun ASNB anda seperti yang tertera di skrin. Klik ‘Seterusnya’ untuk meneruskan.
b. Langkah 2 - Sahkan nombor telefon bimbit anda adalah berpadanan dengan nombor yang didaftarkan dengan ASNB dan kemudian klik ‘Request TAC’. Masukkan kod TAC seperti yang diterima melalui SMS dan klik ‘Seterusnya’.
Nota:
i. Jika anda tidak menerima TAC, sila klik ‘Hantar semula TAC’ selepas memastikan 4 digit terakhir nombor telefon yang dipaparkan adalah seperti yang didaftarkan.
ii. Sekiranya nombor telefon tidak dipaparkan atau tidak berpadanan, sila batalkan pendaftaran dan rujuk kepada cawangan ASNB terdekat.
c. Langkah 3 - mencipta akaun portal myASNB
i. Tentukan ‘Username’ atau ID Pengguna anda
ii. Masukkan Frasa Selamat
iii. Pilih TIGA soalan keselamatan dan masukkan jawapan yang berkenaan
iv. Klik ‘Tamat’ untuk melengkapkan pendaftaran
6. Setelah pendaftaran berjaya, anda akan diberikan kata laluan sementara untuk log masuk kali pertama.
a. Jika nombor telefon bimbit anda telah disahkan semasa melengkapkan pendaftaran portal, kata laluan sementara anda akan dihantar melalui SMS.
b. b. E-mel pengesahan akan dihantar ke alamat e-mel berdaftar anda. Sila sahkan email melalui pautan ‘Verify Email’ yang dihantar.
7. Setelah pendaftaran selesai, anda dikehendaki membuat Log Masuk Kali Pertama dengan menggunakan kata laluan sementara.
Kata laluan sementara yang diberikan oleh Portal myASNB akan sah selama 30 hari. Sekiranya anda tidak melakukan Log Masuk Kali Pertama dalam tempoh 30 hari tersebut, pendaftaran anda akan dikeluarkan daripada sistem.
1. Klik ‘Log masuk’ pada halaman yang memaparkan kata laluan sementara anda. Anda juga boleh klik ‘Log masuk’ selepas kembali ke halaman utama myASNB.
2. Masukkan ID Pengguna dan diikuti dengan kata laluan sementara. Selepas itu, sistem akan meminta anda supaya menukar kata laluan yang baru.
Sila lawati cawangan ASNB atau ejen ASNB yang berhampiran anda. Anda juga boleh menghubungi Pusat Khidmat Pelanggan ASNB di talian 03 – 7730 8899 untuk bantuan.
Klik “Lupa ID Pengguna”, masukkan nombor kad pengenalan dan pilih mana-mana SATU dana ASNB yang dilanggan. Kemudian ikuti arahan seterusnya untuk mendapatkan semula ID Pengguna anda.
Klik “Lupa Kata Laluan”, masukkan ID Pengguna myASNB dan nombor kad pengenalan anda. Kemudian ikuti arahan seterusnya untuk menggantikan kata laluan yang baru.
Pastikan anda telah memasukkan butiran yang tepat (ID Pengguna dan kata laluan). Sekiranya masalah masih berlarutan, sila hubungi Pusat Khidmat Pelanggan ASNB 03 – 7730 8899 (8 Pagi - 10 Malam, Isnin hingga Ahad - kecuali cuti umum kebangsaan & Wilayah Persekutuan) atau emel kepada asnbcare@pnb.com.my.
Pilih mana mana SATU akaun yang aktif dengan ASNB.
Jika akaun anda disekat disebabkan kesilapan memasukkan ID Pengguna dan kata laluan sehingga 3 kali berturut-turut, anda akan diarahkan secara automatik untuk menetapkan semula kata laluan anda. Setelah anda melengkapkan proses ini, anda akan dapat log masuk seperti biasa.
Sekiranya anda memilih untuk tidak menetapkan semula, atau jika anda gagal pada mana-mana langkah, akaun anda akan terus disekat. Anda perlu menghubungi Pusat Khidmat Pelanggan ASNB di talian 03 – 7730 8899 (8 Pagi - 10 Malam, Isnin hingga Ahad - kecuali cuti umum kebangsaan & Wilayah Persekutuan) untuk mendapatkan semula akses ke akaun anda. Sekiranya masalah masih berlanjutan, anda boleh menghantar e-mel kepada kami di asnbcare@pnb.com.my
Apabila anda telah memilih Secure TAC sebagai mod pengesahan, anda boleh memperoleh nombor 6 digit dengan menggunakan salah satu cara di bawah.
i. Klik butang Secure TAC di aplikasi myASNB.
ii. Pada menu Tetapan, klik “Jana” Secure TAC.
iii.Nombor 6-digit Secure TAC akan dijana secara automatik setiap 30 saat. Masukkan nombor tersebut di portal myASNB bagi meluluskan transaksi anda.
Sekiranya anda memilih untuk tidak mengaktifkan fungsi keselamatan ini, anda masih boleh melakukan transaksi dengan menggunakan SMS TAC untuk mengesahkan transaksi anda di portal dan aplikasi myASNB.
myASNB Secure akan meningkatkan tahap keselamatan laman sesawang dalam talian dan aplikasi mudah alih bagi memastikan transaksi lebih selamat. Pengguna boleh memilih kaedah lain untuk mengesahkan akaun mereka (selain dari memasukkan ID pengguna dan kata laluan) dan juga mengesahkan transaksi.
Walau bagaimanapun, sekiranya anda tidak mengaktifkan myASNB Secure, SMS TAC kekal sebagai mod pengesahan transaksi.
Pengesahan melalui myASNB Secure hanya melibatkan beberapa transaksi kewangan dan bukan kewangan iaitu pemindahan (transfer), penukaran (switching), pengemaskinian maklumat peribadi, penukaran kata laluan serta penukaran soalan keselamatan di portal myASNB. Bagi transaksi pelaburan tambahan, anda adalah tertakluk kepada sebarang kaedah keselamatan yang digunakan oleh bank pilihan anda.
Anda akan menerima mesej ralat dan tidak akan dapat meneruskan transaksi kerana nombor 6-digit Secure TAC perlu dimasukkan dalam tempoh 30 saat selepas dijana di aplikasi myASNB anda. Apabila ia telah tamat tempoh, Secure TAC baharu akan dijana semula.
SMS TAC merupakan salah satu kaedah bagi pengesahan multi-faktor. Walau bagaimanapun, dengan adanya myASNB Secure, anda mempunyai pilihan kaedah keselamatan dengan menggunakan SMS TAC, pengesahan terus atau Secure TAC. Transaksi anda di portal dan aplikasi myASNB tetap selamat kerana ditingkatkan dengan sistem keselamatan tiga peringkat yang merangkumi ID pengguna, kata laluan unik anda, SMS TAC, pengesahan frasa keselamatan dan soalan keselamatan.
Ciri-ciri kod SMS TAC:
• TAC hanya boleh digunakan pada akaun portal myASNB dan aplikasi myASNB anda dengan menggunakan log masuk ID pengguna dan kata laluan anda sahaja.
• Ia hanya sah untuk tempoh setiap transaksi terpilih di portal dan aplikasi myASNB serta akan tamat tempoh dengan segera setiap kali anda menyelesaikan transaksi.
• Dihubungkan ke talian telefon bimbit serta bergantung kepada penyedia perkhidmatan telefon bimbit anda.
• Anda perlu memohon TAC sebelum melaksanakan transaksi yang memerlukan kod TAC.
• Satu kod TAC hanya sah untuk setiap satu transaksi.
• Sekiranya TAC anda tamat tempoh, anda hendaklah memohon semula TAC baharu.
Anda boleh menyahaktifkan fungsi myASNB Secure di portal dan aplikasi myASNB.
a) Melalui portal myASNB
1)Pilih Maklumat Peribadi → myASNB Secure.
2)Pilih “Pengesahan Telefon Bimbit”.
3)Masukkan Secure TAC atau SMS TAC (mengikut pilihan pengesahan), klik “HANTAR”.
4)Penyahaktifan fungsi myASNB Secure anda berjaya.
b) Melalui aplikasi myASNB
1. Tekan butang “TIDAK” untuk menyahaktifkan fungsi myASNB Secure.
2. Tekan “YA” dan penyahaktifan fungsi myASNB Secure anda berjaya.
Sebagai langkah keselamatan, anda dinasihatkan supaya tidak menyimpan sebarang maklumat peribadi akaun dan kata laluan dalam telefon anda. Anda boleh terus mengakses akaun myASNB melalui peranti yang lain, kerana log masuk anda adalah berdasarkan ID pengguna dan kata laluan untuk akaun portal myASNB yang anda daftarkan.
Untuk langkah keselamatan tambahan sekiranya data anda telah dikompromi, anda boleh lakukan perkara berikut:
1. Tukar semua kata laluan anda dengan segera.
2. Padam secara jarak jauh (remote) data dalam peranti anda yang hilang.
3. Hubungi Pusat Khidmat Pelanggan ASNB di talian 03 – 7730 8899 untuk penyahaktifan akaun portal myASNB anda.
Ya, had pelaburan minimum yang ditetapkan untuk setiap transaksi ialah RM100.00 untuk unit amanah harga tetap dan RM150.00 untuk unit amanah harga berubah.
Had maksimum pelaburan pula ditetapkan pada RM30,000.00 untuk setiap transaksi.
Status transaksi anda akan dinyatakan semasa proses penjualan. Apabila anda memilih dana pelaburan dan membuat pembayaran, resit transaksi akan dikeluarkan kepada anda selepas amaun tersebut ditolak daripada akaun anda.
Tidak. Penambahan pelaburan melalui Portal myASNB adalah terhad kepada perbankan dalam talian yang ditawarkan oleh FPX sahaja. Untuk mengetahui senarai bank yang menawarkan perkhidmatan perbankan online melalui FPX, sila layari www.myclear.org.my/business-fpx.html dan klik pada “Participating Banks & TPA”
Ya. Walau bagaimanapun, perkhidmatan ini ditawarkan secara terhad. Rujuk Kriteria Minimum untuk Jualan Balik melalui myASNB untuk perincian.
• Unit Amanah Harga Tetap: Isnin – Ahad, waktu tempatan, 7.00 pagi hingga 6.00 petang; dan
• Unit Amanah Harga Berubah: Isnin – Ahad, waktu tempatan, 7.00 pagi hingga 4.00 petang
Anda boleh melakukan jualan balik dalam talian untuk kesemua unit amanah ASNB kecuali unit amanah Harga Berubah (Harga Hadapan)
Walau bagaimanapun, anda perlu mengekalkan sekurang-kurangnya 1 unit dalam setiap unit amanah.
Tiada sebarang caj dikenakan.
Had minimum jualan balik ialah RM100 manakala had maksimum jualan balik yang ditetapkan adalah sebanyak RM500 dalam setiap satu (1) bulan kalendar bagi kesemua unit amanah ASNB.
Ya. Bilangan jualan balik dihadkan sebanyak maksimum 3 kali bagi setiap satu (1) bulan kalendar.
Wang hasil jualan balik unit amanah ASNB anda akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun bank yang didaftarkan dengan ASNB dalam tempoh satu (1) hari bekerja berikutnya.
Sekiranya wang anda tidak dapat dikreditkan (contoh: maklumat bank yang tidak tepat), unit akan dikembalikan ke dalam akaun tabung unit amanah anda dalam tempoh 10 hari bekerja.
Tidak boleh. Urus niaga jualan balik dalam talian hanya dibenarkan untuk akaun dewasa sahaja.
Boleh. Anda boleh menyemak dan memuat turun Penyata Akaun seperti Penyata Pegangan, Penyata Terperinci, Penyata Tahunan dan Penyata KWSP (jika berkenaan) menerusi Portal myASNB.
Boleh. Sila rujuk Rekod Transaksi Terkini atau mana-mana penyata yang dilampirkan di Portal myASNB.
Anda boleh menyemak rekod transaksi sehingga 30 hari yang terakhir.
Log masuk ke Portal myASNB dan klik menu “Maklumat Peribadi”. Maklumat berikut boleh dikemaskini oleh pemilik akaun (sekiranya perlu) :
i. Maklumat Peribadi;
ii. Kata Laluan; dan
iii. Soalan Keselamatan
Boleh. Sila log masuk ke akaun Portal myASNB anda. Klik pada menu “Maklumat Peribadi” dan skrin kemas kini maklumat peribadi akan dipaparkan.
Auto Labur ialah perkhidmatan di portal myASNB yang membolehkan pelabur ASNB menetapkan pelaburan setiap bulan secara automatik untuk akaun sendiri serta akaun Minor* dan/atau Pihak Ketiga.
*Akaun Minor=Akaun Bijak/Remaja
Pada masa ini, unit amanah ASNB yang dibolehkan untuk Auto Labur ialah Amanah Saham Bumiputera (ASB) sahaja.
Pelaburan minimum menerusi Auto Labur ialah serendah RM30.00 dan jumlah maksimum adalah RM 30,000.00.
Tiada caj yg dikenakan untuk kemudahan ini.
Untuk setiap pendaftaran, kemas kini (tarikh/jumlah potongan) dan penamatan perkhidmatan, pemotongan sebanyak RM1 daripada akaun bank anda akan dikenakan bagi tujuan pengesahan.
Bagi setiap pengesahan yang berjaya (pendaftaran/kemas kini), jumlah tersebut akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun ASNB anda.
Sekiranya pengesahan tersebut gagal, atau anda ingin menamatkan perkhidmatan Auto Labur, wang tersebut akan dikembalikan semula ke dalam akaun bank anda dalam tempoh sepuluh (10) hari bekerja (T+10).
Perkhidmatan Auto Labur akan diaktifkan dalam tempoh 48 jam selepas anda membuat sebarang pendaftaran/kemas kini. Sebaik sahaja diaktifkan, pelaburan bulanan yang anda tetapkan akan berkuat kuasa secara automatik mengikut tarikh potongan yang dipilih.
Ya, anda boleh mengubah jumlah pelaburan bulanan pada bila-bila masa mengikut keselesaan anda.
Ya.
Ya, anda boleh menamatkan arahan pada bila-bila masa.
Waktu operasi bagi pendaftaran Auto Labur adalah sama seperti operasi urus niaga semasa di myASNB portal iaitu seperti berikut:
Isnin – Ahad, 7.00 pagi hingga 6.00 petang.
Unit tersebut akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun ASNB anda dalam tempoh lima (5) hari bekerja (T+5) selepas jumlah potongan ditolak daripada bank akaun anda.
Anda boleh menyemak urus niaga terdahulu Auto Labur untuk akaun Minor/Pihak Ketiga menerusi portal myASNB anda. Urus niaga tersebut boleh dilihat menerusi skrin “Rekod Urus Niaga Terkini” atau “Urus Niaga Auto Labur”.
Ya.
Ya, pemotongan sebanyak RM1 juga akan dilaksanakan bagi tujuan pengesahan akaun bank anda bagi setiap pendaftaran, kemas kini dan penamatan perkhidmatan tersebut.
Bagi setiap pengesahan yang berjaya (pendaftaran/kemas kini), jumlah tersebut akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun ASNB Minor/Pihak Ketiga.
Sekiranya pengesahan tersebut gagal, atau anda ingin menamatkan perkhidmatan Auto Labur, wang tersebut akan dikembalikan semula ke dalam akaun bank anda dalam tempoh sepuluh (10) hari bekerja (T+10).
Kami tidak memerlukan sebarang dokumen persetujuan daripada penjaga untuk pendaftaran Auto Labur akaun Minor/Pihak Ketiga. Pastikan maklumat akaun Minor tersebut tepat bagi mengelakkan sebarang kegagalan urus niaga.
Pertukaran Penjaga Akaun Minor tidak akan mengubah perkhidmatan Auto Labur sedia ada. Jumlah yang sama masih akan ditolak daripada bank akaun yang berkenaan dan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun Minor ASNB seperti sedia kala.
Apabila pemegang akaun Minor mencecah usia 18 tahun, akaun tersebut akan ditukarkan status secara automatik kepada normal/dewasa.
Perkhidmatan Auto Labur akan kekal aktif dan jumlah yang sama masih akan ditolak daripada bank akaun anda kepada akaun ASNB mereka.
Sekiranya anda ingin menamatkan perkhidmatan tersebut, anda boleh melakukannya melalui portal myASNB.
Ya. Pemegang akaun Minor/Pihak Ketiga boleh merujuk kepada “Rekod Transaksi Terkini” untuk melihat semua urus niaga dalam tempoh 30 hari yang lepas di portal myASNB masing-masing.
Tidak boleh, hanya Penjaga Berdaftar atau Pihak Ketiga yang boleh mendaftar Auto Labur untuk akaun Minor
Auto Labur ialah perkhidmatan di portal myASNB yang membolehkan pelabur ASNB menetapkan pelaburan setiap bulan secara automatik untuk akaun sendiri serta akaun Minor* dan/atau Pihak Ketiga.
*Akaun Minor=Akaun Bijak/Remaja
Pada masa ini, unit amanah ASNB yang dibolehkan untuk Auto Labur ialah Amanah Saham Bumiputera (ASB) sahaja.
Pelaburan minimum menerusi Auto Labur ialah serendah RM30.00 dan jumlah maksimum adalah RM 30,000.00.
Tiada caj yg dikenakan untuk kemudahan ini.
Untuk setiap pendaftaran, kemas kini (tarikh/jumlah potongan) dan penamatan perkhidmatan, pemotongan sebanyak RM1 daripada akaun bank anda akan dikenakan bagi tujuan pengesahan.
Bagi setiap pengesahan yang berjaya (pendaftaran/kemas kini), jumlah tersebut akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun ASNB anda.
Sekiranya pengesahan tersebut gagal, atau anda ingin menamatkan perkhidmatan Auto Labur, wang tersebut akan dikembalikan semula ke dalam akaun bank anda dalam tempoh sepuluh (10) hari bekerja (T+10).
Perkhidmatan Auto Labur akan diaktifkan dalam tempoh 48 jam selepas anda membuat sebarang pendaftaran/kemas kini. Sebaik sahaja diaktifkan, pelaburan bulanan yang anda tetapkan akan berkuat kuasa secara automatik mengikut tarikh potongan yang dipilih.
Ya, anda boleh mengubah jumlah pelaburan bulanan pada bila-bila masa mengikut keselesaan anda.
Ya.
Ya, anda boleh menamatkan arahan pada bila-bila masa.
Waktu operasi bagi pendaftaran Auto Labur adalah sama seperti operasi urus niaga semasa di myASNB portal iaitu seperti berikut:
Isnin – Ahad, 7.00 pagi hingga 6.00 petang.
Unit tersebut akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun ASNB anda dalam tempoh lima (5) hari bekerja (T+5) selepas jumlah potongan ditolak daripada bank akaun anda.
Anda boleh menyemak urus niaga terdahulu Auto Labur untuk akaun Minor/Pihak Ketiga menerusi portal myASNB anda. Urus niaga tersebut boleh dilihat menerusi skrin “Rekod Urus Niaga Terkini” atau “Urus Niaga Auto Labur”.
Ya.
Ya, pemotongan sebanyak RM1 juga akan dilaksanakan bagi tujuan pengesahan akaun bank anda bagi setiap pendaftaran, kemas kini dan penamatan perkhidmatan tersebut.
Bagi setiap pengesahan yang berjaya (pendaftaran/kemas kini), jumlah tersebut akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun ASNB Minor/Pihak Ketiga.
Sekiranya pengesahan tersebut gagal, atau anda ingin menamatkan perkhidmatan Auto Labur, wang tersebut akan dikembalikan semula ke dalam akaun bank anda dalam tempoh sepuluh (10) hari bekerja (T+10).
Kami tidak memerlukan sebarang dokumen persetujuan daripada penjaga untuk pendaftaran Auto Labur akaun Minor/Pihak Ketiga. Pastikan maklumat akaun Minor tersebut tepat bagi mengelakkan sebarang kegagalan urus niaga.
Pertukaran Penjaga Akaun Minor tidak akan mengubah perkhidmatan Auto Labur sedia ada. Jumlah yang sama masih akan ditolak daripada bank akaun yang berkenaan dan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun Minor ASNB seperti sedia kala.
Apabila pemegang akaun Minor mencecah usia 18 tahun, akaun tersebut akan ditukarkan status secara automatik kepada normal/dewasa.
Perkhidmatan Auto Labur akan kekal aktif dan jumlah yang sama masih akan ditolak daripada bank akaun anda kepada akaun ASNB mereka.
Sekiranya anda ingin menamatkan perkhidmatan tersebut, anda boleh melakukannya melalui portal myASNB.
Ya. Pemegang akaun Minor/Pihak Ketiga boleh merujuk kepada “Rekod Transaksi Terkini” untuk melihat semua urus niaga dalam tempoh 30 hari yang lepas di portal myASNB masing-masing.
Tidak boleh, hanya Penjaga Berdaftar atau Pihak Ketiga yang boleh mendaftar Auto Labur untuk akaun Minor
PNB memperuntukkan 1.5 bilion unit-unit tambahan bagi Amanah Saham Malaysia 3 untuk dilanggan oleh masyarakat India. Langkah ini dijangka menyediakan peluang dan akses kepada masyarakat India untuk membuka akaun baharu atau menambah pelaburan mereka di dalam ASM 3, sehingga had maksimum yang dibenarkan.
Ya, boleh melabur sebarang jumlah, sehingga had maksimum 30,000 unit bagi setiap akaun individu.
Walau bagaimanapun, unit-unit hanya boleh dilanggan oleh individu berbangsa India yang belum mempunyai akaun ASM 3 atau pemegang unit sedia ada yang mempunyai pegangan kurang dari 30,000 unit dalam ASM 3.

Perbezaan ini adalah untuk memberi masa dan memastikan para pelabur bersedia untuk membuat langganan unit-unit tambahan tersebut.
i. Permohonan terbuka kepada warganegara Malaysia berbangsa India.
Akaun Dewasa (18 tahun dan ke atas)
Akaun Bijak (ibu bapa atau penjaga sah yang melabur bagi kanak-kanak berumur 18 tahun dan ke bawah, dan mempunyai sijil kelahiran yang sah).
ii.Pemohon tidak mempunyai pegangan unit ASM 3 atau telah menjadi pemegang unit namun mempunyai pegangan kurang daripada 30,000 unit;
iii.Pemohon tidak diisytiharkan muflis semasa memohon dan sepanjang tempoh pegangan;
Pemohon boleh ke mana-mana Cawangan ASNB atau mana-mana Ejen ASNB di seluruh negara seperti berikut:-

(ii). Perbankan Internet : Tambahan pelaburan juga boleh dilakukan secara atas talian menerusi Maybank2u, CIMBClicks, AffinOnline, RHBNow dan HLB Connect, tertakluk kepada terma dan syarat serta unit-unit masih ada untuk dilanggan.
(iii). Bentuk bayaran: Pemohon/Pemegang unit boleh membeli unit-unit tambahan ASM 3 menggunakan Tunai/ Bank Deraf/Cek/Banker’s Cheque, tertakluk kepada unit-unit yang masih ada untuk dilanggan.
Perhatian:
Pelaburan melalui cek atau bank deraf atau Banker's Cheque hanya boleh dilakukan di Kaunter Utama ASNB Kuala Lumpur atau cawangan-cawangan ASNB sahaja.
Cek pelaburan tambahan hanya diterima atas nama‘Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad’.
Langganan melalui cek atas nama `Pemegang Unit’ atau Penjaga Berdaftar’ dibenarkan sekiranya cek dikeluarkan oleh yang berikut:
1. Kerajaan Malaysia
2. Syarikat di bawah Kumpulan PNB
3. Syarikat Berkaitan Kerajaan (GLCs)
4. Syarikat Penerima Labur PNB (Investee Company)
Langganan melalui Cek/Bank Deraf/Banker's Cheque adalah tertakluk kepada tarikh Cek/Bank Deraf/Banker's Cheque dijelaskan.
(iv). Skim Pelaburan Ahli KWSP: Pemohon dan pemegang unit boleh membeli unit-unit tambahan ASM 3 melalui Skim Pelaburan Ahli KWSP, tertakluk kepada unit-unit yang masih ada untuk dilanggan. Transaksi langganan unit hanya akan disahkan apabila ASNB menerima pembayaran dari pihak KWSP (mengambil masa 7 hari bekerja daripada permohonan pelabur diterima hingga pembayaran oleh KWSP).
Walau bagaimanapun langganan unit-unit tambahan ASM 3 ini berdasarkan ‘siapa cepat dia dapat’ dan tertakluk kepada unit-unit yang masih ada untuk dilanggan.

i-Invest adalah platform layan diri atas talian di bawah Skim Pelaburan Ahli (SPA) KWSP yang membantu di dalam pengurusan pelaburan ahli dalam dana unit amanah yang diluluskan. Platform ini menyediakan fungsi perbandingan dan maklumat berguna untuk membantu ahli membuat keputusan pelaburan yang termaklum. Melalui i-Invest, ahli turut menikmati proses membuat keputusan yang lebih cekap, akses yang mudah bila-bila masa/di mana sahaja, caj perkhidmatan yang lebih rendah (kerana tidak melalui khidmat ejen), dan fungsi yang lebih banyak (boleh melihat semua pegangan pelaburan ahli).
Ahli KWSP yang boleh menggunakan kemudahan ini adalah seperti berikut :-
i. Ahli yang berumur kurang 55 tahun dan simpanan di Akaun 1 KWSP melebihi baki simpanan asas
ii. Ahli yang berumur 55 tahun/Akaun Emas
Nota: Ahli yang telah mengeluarkan keseluruhan baki KWSP ketika mencecah umur 55 tahun tidak layak menggunakan kemudahan ini. Namun begitu, ahli boleh melaksanakan kemudahan ini ketika mencecah umur 60 tahun (Akaun Emas)
Anda boleh melaksanakan transaksi berikut:-
i. Pembelian
ii. Penukaran tabung (switching)
iii. Jualan balik - sekiranya ahli menjual pelaburan unit amanah, ASNB akan mengembalikan semua jumlah jualan balik pelaburan kepada KWSP.
Nota: Transaksi penukaran tabung (switching) & jualan balik tidak ditawarkan bagi ahli KWSP yang berumur 55 tahun/Akaun Emas.
Boleh, anda boleh melaksanakan permohonan pelaburan melalui i-Invest dan anda telah mendaftar akaun portal myASNB. Sekiranya anda belum mendaftar akaun portal myASNB, skrin yang dipaparkan akan membantu anda membuka akaun portal myASNB.
Tidak boleh. Anda perlu hadir di mana-mana Cawangan atau Ejen ASNB bagi mendaftar akaun unit amanah ASNB terlebih dahulu.
Transaksi pembelian hanya akan dipaparkan di akaun portal myASNB dan i-Akaun (Ahli) KWSP anda setelah ASNB menerima wang tersebut dari KWSP. Proses ini akan mengambil masa seperti berikut :-

Tiada had kekerapan pengeluaran ditetapkan bagi ketiga-tiga jenis transaksi yang dibenarkan menerusi i-Akaun (Ahli) KWSP.
Bagi traksaksi pembelian, pengeluaran boleh dilaksanakan sehingga maksimum 25 tabung pada satu masa pengeluaran.
Ya. Anda dibenarkan untuk membuat pembelian menerusi i-Invest melebihi satu tabung unit amanah dalam satu-satu masa. Pemilihan unit amanah perlu dilaksanakan di i-Akaun (Ahli) KWSP dan ia tidak boleh ditambah ketika anda berada di akaun portal myASNB.
Pra-pendaftaran adalah kemudahan terbaharu untuk perkhidmatan perwarisan ASNB di mana proses pengisian borang permohonan dibuat secara dalam talian di portal myASNB (www.myasnb.com.my).
Setelah pra-pendaftaran dibuat di portal myASNB, serahkan dokumen yang dicetak dan dilengkapkan berikut ke cawangan ASNB atau Ejen yang mengambil bahagian:
i. Surat Kuasa Wakil
ii. Dokumen salinan pengenalan diri yang telah disahkan dari salinan asal
iii. Lafaz Pemberian dan Penerimaan Harta Hibah (Aqad) yang telah ditandatangani oleh Saksi dan Penerima bagi permohonan Hibah Amanah.
Serahan dokumen adalah dalam tempoh 30 hari kalender dari tarikh pra-pendaftaran.
Tidak boleh kerana pra-pendaftaran hanyalah untuk pendaftaran pertama kali sahaja.
Pra-pendaftaran Hibah Amanah adalah kemudahan terbaharu untuk perkhidmatan perwarisan ASNB di mana proses pengisian borang permohonan dibuat secara dalam talian di portal myASNB (www.myasnb.com.my).
Setelah pra-pendaftaran dibuat di portal myASNB, serahkan dokumen yang dicetak dan dilengkapkan berikut ke cawangan ASNB atau Ejen yang mengambil bahagian:

Permohonan Hibah Amanah menggunakan perkhidmatan pra-pendaftaran secara dalam talian adalah bertujuan untuk memendekkan keseluruhan proses pendaftaran di mana anda telah lengkap mengisi semua maklumat diperlukan dan seterusnya mencetak dokumen berkaitan iaitu dokumen Lafaz Pemberian dan Penerimaan Harta Hibah (Aqad). Dokumen yang lengkap penting untuk mempercepatkan proses pendaftaran di cawangan ASNB.
Sekiranya permohonan pra-pendaftaran telah dihantar secara dalam talian, sebarang pembetulan atau pindaan hanya boleh dilakukan di cawangan ASNB atau Ejen yang mengambil bahagian yang berhampiran anda.
Tiada bayaran dikenakan untuk pra-pendaftaran.
Pembayaran yuran perkhidmatan hanya perlu dibuat apabila pendaftaran di cawangan ASNB atau Ejen yang mengambil bahagian selesai.

“Financial Planning Solution Package” ialah satu kombinasi pelaburan tabung harga berubah dan harga tetap yang mengambil bahagian di dalam pakej ini serta tertakluk kepada unit yang masih ada.
Anda dapat merancang kewangan anda menerusi kepelbagaian portfolio pelaburan yang mengabungkan tabung harga berubah dan harga tetap.
Tempoh kempen adalah seperti yang tertera di laman web ASNB dan myASNB Portal.
• Pemegang unit ASNB yang telah mendaftar myASNB Portal dan memenuhi kriteria kelayakan tabung yang mengambil bahagian.
• Pemegang unit sedia ada yang telah melabur di dalam tabung harga berubah yang mengambil bahagian.
Nota:Pemegang unit yang tidak mempunyai pelaburan sedia ada di dalam tabung harga berubah yang mengambil bahagian hendaklah melaksanakan urus niaga pelaburan permulaan terlebih dahulu.
Tiada pelaburan permulaan diperlukan.

Tidak, unit bagi tabung harga tetap ini bergantung kepada unit sedia ada sepanjang tempoh kempen berlangsung. Pakej tidak lagi tersedia jika unit tabung harga tetap telah dilanggan sepenuhnya.
Ya, boleh. Ciri-ciri dan caj jualan bagi tabung harga berubah adalah sama sekiranya anda melabur sebagai pelaburan persendirian mahupun melalui Pakej.
Walau bagaimanapun, anda tidak dapat menerima peruntukan unit tabung harga tetap sekiranya anda tidak melanggan dalam Pakej ini.
Tempoh masa bertenang tidak terpakai untuk Pakej ini.
Ya, anda boleh lakukannya.
Nota:Caj jualan bagi tabung harga berubah telah dikenakan ke atas setiap pelaburan tambahan.
Tidak, urus niaga pada hari yang sama (same-day-transaction) adalah tidak dibenarkan.
Skim Pelaburan Ahli KWSP adalah tidak dibenarkan di bawah Pakej ini.
Urus niaga anda tidak berjaya berkemungkinan disebabkan oleh:
a) Tabung unit harga tetap telah habis dilanggan.
b) Anda tidak mempunyai baki yang mencukupi di akaun simpanan/semasa bank.
Tidak, Pakej dan tawaran ini hanya boleh didapati melalui myASNB Portal.

When a unit holder performs online transactions (via the Internet), ASNB shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses, caused, directly or indirectly, by any malfunction, disruption or failure of any transmission, communication system, computer facility or trading software, whether belonging to ASNB or the unit holder, any exchange or any settlement or clearing system if such malfunction, disruption or failure due to the negligence of ASNB.
6. The ASNB website and/or portal provides sophisticated financial and non-financial transaction entry and tracking of financial and non-financial transactions. ASNB will make best efforts to fulfill your transaction(s) as requested.
7. Transacting online, no matter how convenient or efficient does not necessarily reduce risks associated with online transactions. All transaction details are subject to the Terms of Access of the ASNB website and/or portal accessible through this website and/or portal.
8. In particular, access to this website and/or portal and the services provided through this website and/or portal may at any time and from time to time be limited, delayed or unavailable, including during periods of peak demand, market volatility, systemic failures (including hardware or software failures), systems upgrades or maintenance or for other reasons. Without prejudice to the foregoing:
a. Transactions conducted through the Internet may be subject to interruption, transmission blackout, delayed transmission due to Internet traffic or incorrect data transmission due to the public nature of the Internet.
b. Instructions to transact may not be executed or may be delayed so that they are executed at prices different from those prevailing at the time the instructions were given. Distributions for products such as ASB, ASM, ASW 2020, ASD, AS 1Malaysia and ASB2, if any, are based on the average sum of the minimum monthly balance of your units during the distribution period. The minimum monthly balance for ASB2, ASW 2020, ASM, ASD, AS 1Malaysia and ASB2 means the minimum holding of your units during the calendar month from the 1st day until the end of the month.
c. Communications and personal data may be accessed by unauthorized third parties.
d. Your instructions may be executed without being subject to human review.
e. The information posted on the website and/or portal may not be updated immediately and may not reflect transactions not conducted through the website and/or portal.
9. ASNB employs back-up systems and contingency plans to minimize the possibility of system failure and transacting via existing ASNB agent bank branches and agent bank Internet banking portals.

Transactions
a. You agree and accept that any Instructions which you may issue shall at all times be subject to such limits and conditions as may be fixed or specified by ASNB from time to time at its absolute discretion.
b. In cases that involve or require the consent or approval of third parties, ASNB's obligations to perform any transaction would be subject to such consent and approval being obtained by you.
c. You shall ensure that there are sufficient funds and/or units at all times available in your bank and/or investment accounts to perform any of your transactions.
d. You agree that ASNB has the absolute right to add, suspend, limit, withdraw, cancel or vary any transactions, facilities, services and/or products that can be accessed by you through the website and/or portal and the scope and/or extent of such transactions, facilities, services and/or products.
e. You hereby authorize ASNB to comply with all transaction(s) given in respect of the website and/or portal accessed using your Username and Password as transactions(s) properly authorized by you even if they may conflict with any other mandate given at any time concerning your accounts or affairs.
f. You agree that such transactions(s) shall be binding on yourself upon its transmission to ASNB and the transactions cannot be changed or withdrawn without ASNB’s consent and that ASNB is not further obliged to check the authenticity of such transactions(s).
g. You agree that ASNB is entitled to debit your account(s) to effect any transaction instructed by you.
h. You hereby agree that it is your responsibility to review the transaction record(s) pertaining to any website and/or portal transaction initiated on your instruction.
i. Should you have any reason to believe that a transaction has not been accurately or completely received by ASNB, you shall inform ASNB by written letter not later than fifteen (15) working days after transmission of the relevant transaction(s).
j. Where you give instructions to ASNB to effect transactions in relation to the website and/or portal, you shall provide accurate and complete details as required by ASNB.
k. You agree that ASNB has the sole and absolute right to require you to maintain a minimum balance at any one time in your ASNB account(s).
l. Any transactions transmitted by you after the relevant cut-off time on any day, will be posted in ASNB’s system(s) on the next Business Day following the date of the transaction.
Fees and/or Charges
a. You understand that there are fees and charges that are directly and indirectly charged to you. All charges are non-negotiable.
b. You acknowledge that you are responsible for all fees, charges, taxes and duties imposed by service providers/Network Service Provider in enabling you to access and/or connect to the website and/or portal.
c. You agree and acknowledge that ASNB reserves the right to debit your relevant account(s) for the payment of any fees and charges or taxes and/or penalties imposed pursuant to any transaction done by you.
